Vibian Travel – Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Vibian gear. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:

1. Returns

1.1 Return Window

You may return any full-price item within 30 days of delivery.

1.2 Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, manuals and accessories
  • Free from odors, stains or signs of wear

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

2. Exchanges

If you’d like a different color or size, the fastest option is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order. If you need help, our Customer Happiness team is here for you at info@vibiantravel.com.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer’s responsibility: Return freight, duties or VAT charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • We recommend: Use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@vibiantravel.com with:
    • Your order number in the subject line (e.g. “Return Request: #12345”)
    • A brief reason for the return
  2. Download and complete the return form we’ll send you.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original box (or equivalent) with the completed form inside.

  6. Share your tracking number by replying to our email so we can monitor your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch at info@vibiantravel.com.
