We’re dedicated to getting your Vibian orders to you quickly and securely. Below you’ll find all the details on shipping rates, carriers, order processing, and more.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • At checkout, you’ll see available shipping methods and their fees based on your destination.
  • We ship from our Netherlands warehouse, or—when stock levels and transit times dictate—from our Asia hub.
  • International duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Any customs delays or charges are beyond our control.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders received after 4:00 PM CET begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or flash sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 days; we’ll notify you of any unexpected delays.

3. Carriers & Delivery Estimates

  • We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and PostNL.
  • Your shipping confirmation email will include your carrier name and tracking number.
  • Transit times vary by region and service level—estimated delivery windows appear at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to populate in the carrier’s system.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived within the quoted delivery window, check the tracking first—then reach out to us at info@vibiantravel.com.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@vibiantravel.com with photos and tracking info.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or, if necessary, send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Pre-Orders

  • Items offered for pre-order will dispatch according to the estimated ship date shown on the product page.
  • You won’t be charged until we ship; pre-order status secures your item in our next stock batch.
